质量管理,不能总是在下游喝洗脚水!

产品质量怎么管理,是做最后一个在终检岗位上频频罚款、停止发货的尽职小检验员?还是溯源而上,根除全流程所有可能的质量风险因素,做一个平时没有什么紧急事情,风平浪静的质量管理者?这一切取决于你自己的举措。



  大家一定游览过名山大川,今天就用“泉瀑潭溪湖”的事例,谈谈质量管理。


  一个湖泊,可能是由许许多多的溪流汇集而成,溪流的水源很多是来自于山峦高地的瀑布深潭,深潭的水源是由山上的涧泉渗透而出,然后汇集一起飞瀑而下,这就是湖泊水来源的全过程。


  处在下游的村民,需要饮用水源,只好到就近的湖泊里取水。


  但是,卫生部门告诉村民,湖泊水质不太好,杂质较多,经化验,水质达不到三类水质要求,必须消毒净化才能饮用。


  于是村民们买明矾、过滤器等净化水。


  如果事情就仅限于此,这就相当于在企业里,质量部门在产品终检环节检验出质量问题,然后停止发货,要求返工并进行绩效考核等。


  就像问题水源没有伤害到村民一样,问题产品也没有流到客户那里,质检工作就这样结束了。


  01


  开始第一个逆流过程。


  卫生部门,应溯源而上,检查各个入湖口的水质有没有问题。


  经检查,有一条溪水水质有问题,指标严重超标。


  于是顺着这条溪流溯源而上,每隔2公里进行一次水质化验,检查到底哪一段开始水质出问题的?


  检测结果显示,全程水质都不达标。


  但是全程也没有发现有村民在溪流边用洗衣粉洗衣以及道路过往车辆清洗等任何损害水质的行为。


  至此,这就相当于在企业里,质量部门在检查生产过程是否有不合规现象,工艺文件是否错误,操作人员是否疏忽,工装治具是否完好等。


  好过程才有好结果,坏过程等不来好结果。


  02


  开始第二个逆流过程。


  继续溯源而上,一直查到溪流的源头,一座大山脚下的瀑布池潭。


  从池潭取水检测,水质还是不达标。数天观察下来,没发现有人将此作为公共洗浴区或洗涤物品。


  至此,这就相当于在企业里,质量部门在检查供应商来料是否合规。

 

  否则,巧妇也难为无米之炊。


  03


  开始第三个逆流过程。


  卫生人员用瓶子接了一些瀑布飞溅而下的水,一检测,还是不合格,因此判断毛病就不在池潭了,问题还在上游。


  于是,他们准备去山上看看。


  至此,这就相当于在企业里,质量部门发现来料有问题,立即驱车到供应商现场去看看。


  质检人员不能仅限于换货、罚款了事,必须追根溯源,否则大概率是治标不治本。


  04


  开始第四个逆流过程。


  卫生检验人员继续溯源而上,终于爬上了山顶,上面豁然开朗,一片开阔地。


  泉水浅浅,一泓又一泓,景色优美,游人如织。


  但是,很多游客为了凉快,有的将脚泡在泉水里;有的小摊小贩将牦牛牵到泉水中央,供游人骑行拍照,不时有牦牛粪便落下。


  还有一些自驾司机,直接将车子开进泉池里,冲洗车辆,经常有花花绿绿的机油流淌下来......


  检验人员经检测,这里的泉水果然水质不合格。


  为了慎重起见,又向泉水的来源方向走去,从山涧里渗透出来的泉水,经检测水质是合格的。


  直此,问题终于找到了。


  立即联合相关部门,取缔全部经营性活动,开始围挡,进行水源地保护。


  不日,下游的湖泊水质达标了。


  至此,这就相当于在企业里,质量部门在供应商现场,或到供应商的供应商现场,发现了一些质量问题,然后进行根除处理。


  于是,工厂又恢复了往日的平静。


  平静工作是一种高水平管理的体现,其贵在平时治根。


  整天忙忙碌碌、天天像打仗似的救火行为,实际上是工作消极怠工的表现,很多解决问题的方法治标不治本。


  很多时候,大家在下游一直喝着上游洗脚水的营生,咂咂嘴,觉得味道还不错!
