Kionix KXD94 accelerometers and inclinometers consist of a sensor element and an ASIC in a 5x5x1.2mm DFN package. The KXD94 KXD94 MEMS accelerometers are tri-axis, small form factor mid-g motion detection devices for the automotive and industrial markets. These accelerometers provide a high signal to noise ratio with excellent performance over temperature. Kionix KXD94 motion sensing accelerometers feature a full-scale output range of ±5g to ±13g and supply voltage of 2.75V to 5.25V, an integrated 4-channel multiplexer, and an internal 1KHz low pass filter. The sensitivity is factory programmable for applications requiring ±5g to ±15g ranges.
