The 2025 China International Synthetic Resin Industry Expo, jointly organized by the China Synthetic Resin Association and over 30 authoritative institutions, focuses on "application-driven and industrial linkage", aiming to provide a platform for global enterprises to integrate display, communication and cooperation. In 2024, China's consumption of synthetic resins exceeded 120 million tons. With the surging demand in emerging fields such as drones, humanoid robots, and new energy, the industry is experiencing explosive growth. This exhibition will bring together over 750 member enterprises and 96 listed companies, covering the entire industrial chain. It will feature eight exhibition areas, including new materials, new equipment, new applications, and digital achievements, attracting more than 1,000 professional buyers to attend and purchase. Pressure Measurement Series

GRAEFF's GP series pressure sensors and transmitters, with their high precision, high reliability and diverse designs, are widely used in key links such as resin synthesis, plastic processing, equipment manufacturing and environmental monitoring, helping enterprises achieve the goals of efficient, stable and safe production.

  • GPS Diffused silicon series: Measurement accuracy of 0.25 grade. This series can be used for pressure measurement and control of liquids, gases, food, medicine or fluids with particles.

  • The GPN strain gauge series: It covers various models such as standard type, medium and high-temperature type, and high-pressure type, with a pressure measurement range from -0.1 to 1MPa to 0 to 250MPa. Melt pressure measurement series

GRAEFF G series melt pressure sensors feature a long service life, precise measurement performance, and less and more stable zero point affected by temperature.

  • GINS series: Economical and practical, with high cost performance, it can meet the cost control needs of enterprises while ensuring measurement accuracy.

  • GAIM series: Utilizing temperature compensation technology, it can perform zero drift compensation at a high temperature of 350℃, ensuring measurement accuracy. It is suitable for high-temperature melt processing.

Temperature measurement Series

Temperature control is one of the core links in the processing of synthetic resins and plastics. The GRAEFF GT series temperature sensors come in a variety of models and can provide precise temperature monitoring for the synthetic resin and plastic processing industries.

  • GT7043/7143 series: Quick response and easy installation, specially designed for extrusion equipment and injection molding, it can monitor temperature changes in real time during the production process to ensure that process conditions meet requirements.

  • GT9000 series: Specifically designed for measuring melt temperature, it responds quickly and can measure up to 400℃, making it suitable for high-temperature melt processing procedures.

  • GT8000/8100 series: It is used to detect the temperature of pipelines, containers, boilers and other equipment. It can operate stably in an environment as high as 600℃, providing reliable temperature protection for the operation of enterprise equipment.

In equipment such as reaction vessels, condensers and vacuum tanks for synthetic resins, precise temperature monitoring is the key to ensuring reaction efficiency and product quality. Intelligent Controller series

The GRAEFF intelligent digital regulator adopts artificial intelligence formulas and has a self-tuning function. It does not require manual tuning and has no overshoot or undershoot. It is widely used in industries such as industrial furnaces, ovens, shoe-making machinery, and injection molding machinery. The features of its products are as follows

  • G100, G200, and G300 series: Suitable for extrusion applications, they feature single and double alarm configurations as well as linear retransmission functions. They are easy to operate, support self-editing permissions and interfaces, allow for self-set passwords, and offer a variety of panel sizes and external dimensions to choose from. They have strong anti-interference performance.

  • GCP series regulators: The input can freely select thermocouples, thermal resistors, voltage, current, etc. It adopts AI artificial intelligence PID regulation algorithm, has self-tuning function, modular structure provides rich output specifications, quick delivery and convenient maintenance.

  • CG series instruments: They are used in conjunction with various pressure sensors and transmitters. They can be configured with temperature measurement, pressure transmission signal output and RS-485 communication functions. They are powered by switching power supplies and strictly designed with EMC, featuring high anti-interference level. They support multiple programmable measurement inputs and have digital filtering and independent alarm output functions. Users can "customize" the instruments as needed.

In every stage of synthetic resin and plastic processing, the G/GC series regulators/controllers can be perfectly coordinated with sensors to achieve precise measurement and intelligent control of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure and liquid level. For instance, during the injection molding process, the G100 series regulators can work in conjunction with temperature sensors to achieve high-precision temperature control, ensuring the stability of product quality. In the reaction vessel, the CG series instruments can work in conjunction with pressure sensors to monitor pressure in real time and perform alarm control, ensuring production safety.

Differential pressure measurement series

A differential pressure sensor is a device that measures the difference between two pressures. It is typically used to measure the pressure difference at the front and back ends of a certain device or component. Differential pressure sensors are widely applied in multiple fields such as environmental monitoring, petroleum and petrochemicals, energy management, building safety, ventilation systems, and aerospace.

  • The GPZ series differential pressure transmitters feature reliable performance, durability and stability, and are suitable for explosion-proof, high-temperature, low-power consumption, and high-vacuum applications.

  • The GPD series of compact differential pressure transmitters are widely used in aerospace, power, sewage treatment, water supply, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, thermal power units, air conditioning units, refrigeration units, compressor units, laboratory pressure effect, industrial process detection and control, internal combustion engine, engine hydraulic and pneumatic systems, constant pressure water supply systems and other industries for the measurement and control of liquids and gases.

Level and liquid level series

The GRAEFF GSR radar level gauge series employs a millimeter-wave band with a higher frequency than Ku-band radars. It has significant applications in long-range target detection, strong smoke and dust environments, long-distance imaging, and multispectral imaging. Moreover, it can detect smaller targets and achieve more precise positioning than microwave radars, featuring higher resolution and stronger confidentiality. As a 78GHz band radar used in the industrial measurement field, it offers high-precision and non-contact level and liquid level measurement. It has incomparable advantages over other common microwave pulse radars and guided wave radars. With an extremely narrow beam and penetration capability, it can better adapt to ultra-complex working conditions without weakening its measurement performance.
